One of the nicest we've had in a long while, this antique 9ct yellow Gold gate bracelet is just such lovely quality and a fabulously substantial weight. It measures 7.5 inches when closed and weighs 26.8 grams. The maker's mark for Charles Daniel Broughton (a Gold & Silver chain maker of St Paul's Square, Birmingham) circa 1898 is on the clasp. The cleverly interlinked design is in the fashion of the time and it is fitted with an entirely hand made box clasp engraved with a delicate floriate patterning and safety chain, the very best in terms of chain making. Measures half an inch wide on the wrist.
